Mind - For Better Mental Health

Forest School - Folkestone

Tuesday 22nd May 2018

A fantastic opportunity to enjoy wood whittling, cooking on an open fire and learn about the local natural environment. Try building a shelter, drinking nettle tea and resting in a hammock admiring the trees, wildlife and walks - all for free!. A perfect environment to practice Mindfulness in. The project is facilitated by a qualified practitioner. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MUG. Taking place at the back of the Sports Centre Woodland area, Radnor Park at 1.30pm.

Please note that Sharon is on holiday though there may be a new member of staff (Jackie) in attendance. Please enquire at the Centre if staff are able to cover.

Please note that to access our outings, activities and events you need to be a member of Mind. Please telephone the Centre (01303 250090) if you would like further details.
