Yoga and relaxation

Please note new venue and slightly earlier time for Yoga - we are now holding this class at The Glassworks (6th Form Academy) - entrance in Mill Bay.

Yoga for beginners with Hayley taking place between 4.15pm-5.15pm. There is a 3 contribution per session. There are ten spaces. Yoga can help the mind and body unite, improving both physical and mental health. A health questionnaire will need completing by all new attenders. Comfortable clothing is recommended. You can bring a cushion and blanket if you wish. Avoid eating for 2 hours before the class.
