Yoga and relaxation

Please note this is the last session of Yoga with Hayley. It is hoped that Yoga will recommence in Autumn/Winter.

Yoga for beginners with Hayley taking place at The Glassworks (6th Form Academy) - Mill Bay entrance between 4.15pm-5.15pm. There is a 3 contribution per session. There are ten spaces. Yoga can help the mind and body unite, improving both physical and mental health. A health questionnaire will need completing by all new attenders. Comfortable clothing is recommended. You can bring a cushion and blanket if you wish. Avoid eating for 2 hours before the class.
